I would like to thank you for the fine piece of equipment you manufacture. My
trimmer was a early Father day present and it is a great trimmer, you have to
own a few bad ones to determine a great one. Every time I get to talk about it
to my friend and neighbours I give the good positive feedback this trimmer
deserves.

"My name is Gregory Lively. I work for the Department of Transportation & Public
Works in Hants County, Nova Scotia. I am writing about the ECHO 510 chainsaw.
Some time after Hurricane Juan, the base in Noel Hants County purchased a
CS-510 from the Tractor Dome in Milford Station.
This year I had a chance to see how tough this ECHO chainsaw really was. In
September, the crew out of the Noel base had to maintain a couple of bridges in
our area. We used the CS-510 to divide the bridge in half so as to keep traffic
flowing. First an excavator stripped one lane of asphalt, then we used the
chainsaw to cut through two layers of bridge flooring, which consists of
pressure treated rough timber, rocks, asphalt, dust and nails.
I would never have tried this with my own saw, but this was the tool I was
instructed to use. The conditions were harsh and we wrecked three other
chainsaws, but not the CS-510. The vibrations were so strong they made the chain
brake fall off and the oiler needed adjusting, but as the parts came off, we put
them back on and the saw just kept going. Talk about tough! We used that saw to
replace centre stringers before putting the new deck on the bridge. Our crew
uses this saw for cribbing timbers, guardrail posts and large Douglas Fir
stringers, etc. We moved up river to replace another bridge deck and again, the
ECHO CS-510 was the tool of choice. This time we sharpened the chains more often
trying for fewer vibrations. The ECHO rang out loud and clear."

"Well the story goes like this; I bought a new 330T top handle saw for my new
business of doing tree-work. The first time I used it I was shocked at the power
of this little saw. My ground man forgot to move the saw when I was using the
bigger 440 echo to cut a large 10 limb. The limb fell right onto my new 330T! It
hit the top handle, slipped off and all that happened was the orange screw that
holds the filter cap on sheared off. A quick trip to my supplier and it was back
in business doing what it likes to do best! This saw has never failed me, even
when it fell onto its side from 30 feet up. I'll buy Echo from now on, great
saws!"

"Hi, I have been a tree pruner since 1995. I like to render the urban forests
more sane with just a few precise cuts. Up high I use the powerful yet light
CS360T which allows me to make the most complex of cuts. On the ground to cut
down and cut up - I use a CS-440. For all my work over the years, I trust ECHO"

"In spite of my 64 years, the ECHO CS345 is light enough it allows me clean my
lot up to 9’ with my saw in my arm – it does a bloody good job!"
