  • I recently bought an Echo CS-310, great little chainsaw. it's super light and starts very easily, powers through hardwoods easily. I use it to cut firewood & find it very fun to use compared to heavier saws I've owned. I have found myself looking for things to cut since getting this saw. This is the 16-inch bar, the shortest I've ever owned but find it perfect for trees 12-14" diameter. For the price, this may be the best saw out there. Highly recommended.

  • I baught a echo srm 225 and love it i removed the wax plug out of the carb and fine tuned it i get twice the power i rebuild small engine's. And mowe and weedeat several propertys but echo seems to be the best to me i owne a shindaiwa 500 chain saw but its heavy been wanting to check out an echo saw. And back pack blower. Im tierd of heavy and hard to start equipment. Echo is absolutly the way to go

  • I purchased the chainsaw modelCS-352,I payed around 300 dollars for this saw because it had a 5 year warranty.Another saw could have been purchased for less than half that price,so what i wanted was the warranty.Recently my chainsaw over heated causing the plastic casing to melt.After examining my saw i discovered the oil was still full,letting me know that the oiler had malfunctioned.I took the saw to a echo dealer.The dealer said the case had melted,and said they charged 70 dollars an hour to repair and that it would take a while.The dealer sent pictures to echo for repair approval which was denied.Echo says that the brake was left on during use and that the pictures proved this because the plastic case around the brak had melted.This is not what happened.Fact is that echo chainsaws have a very good braking system and will not operate with the brake on.The reason the plastic around the brake had melted is because the chainbar overheated during use because the oiler stopped working and the heat from the bar transfered to the bar attachment which is covered with the brake belt.It just seems like the Echo is just trying to find a way/reason to prevent me from using the warranty I purchased.I have sent emails made calls and have not had any results.I am a retired veteran and am on fixed income.I need my saw repaired or replaced.My saw has been in the shop for a couple months now.the model Serial#is C19612075661,Please help me get my saw repaired or replaced.Thank You
